Stuck at first snakemake run to install SV.yml #16

Hi, I've tried to install SV.yml with the provided --use-conda command, but it has been hanging at Downloading and installing remote packages for 6 hours. I inspected at these and tried installing on my own it only took a few seconds. Could you check if there's something broken? thanks,.

Got it to work by updating the snakemake in run.caddsv env by running mamba update -c conda-forge bioconda snakemake.
