Issues in the prediction step #15

Hi, I am in the prediction steps using the data you provided. I followed the steps in the instructions, but now it threw me the error below, I tried on both Mac and Linux, same error. Could you please help it? Thank you!

thanks for reporting this error. I have just made a little change that should fix this here https://github.com/kirchhausenlab/incasem/commit/c22751c7b4f2b4737ba77e552e4b58994906ac78 . Hope this works for you, and happy to help if other problems come up.
