Initial support for OpenBSD 4.9 #1

This changes will provide support to build Flashboot for OpenBSD 4.9

TODO:

USB kernel does build but there is no script to build a bootable image
All building scripts need to run with sudo - Is there a better way?
All images are built with a 48 Mb kernel, some builds can be smaller but not much
chroot is not 100% stable, file permissions are critical and the scripts should maybe set correct permissions automatic
