Support OpenBSD 6.3 #39

Any plan for that version ? is there any blocker ? (time, money, hardware, etc?)

@nicboul, considering that this project is now at least seven releases behind and no activity has occurred in one and a half years, chances for an update are probably very close to zero. I can recommend resflash as an excellent successor to flashboot.

Thanks @spaletta - resflash looks very promising and flashboot is indeed very dead.
