Test cases:

Cert not revoked: python sslyze.py --crl --certinfo --regular www.google.se:443

Cert revoked: python sslyze.py --crl --certinfo --regular test-sspev.verisign.com:2443

No CRL URI in Cert: python sslyze.py --crl --certinfo --regular ab.se:443
