Added more detailed error reporting to ANALYSIS_COMPARE.m and generateComputedMatlab.m. Code now checks all required files and directories and if any are missing shows which directories and the variable they are stored in. For example:

Exception in readMSHE_WM(INI), i=2 INI.MATLAB_SCRIPTS directory was not found at ...\ENP_TOOLS\ENPMS. INI.DATA_COMPUTED directory was not found at...\ENP_TOOLS_Sample_Input\Model_Output_Processed.
