Changes to create TotalAnalysisPeriod calculations during AnalysisCompare processes and differentiate from TotalPeriod( now TotalSimulationPeriod) calculations during generateComputedMatlab.

All these edits are accepted, and I have merged them to the master branch under a single commit not on this branch. I made a mistake when I committed to this branch, so had to use the other method to filter out my error. I will delete the model-output-analysis-tools branch. Thanks for all your edits Kham. They are now part of the main repo.
