Write code to automatically compile all LaTeX files to pdfs #68

After running the standard set of analysis scripts, there are up to 15 LaTeX files produced. Currently one needs to open each up in WinEdt and compile them one by one to generate the pdfs and delete intermediate files. It would be nice to have this process automated.

Note that depending on which options are selected in the analysis scripts, different LaTeX files will be generated.
