This pull request merges both feat/preload and mobile-ui.

If anyone wants to help testing, use the Cloudflare deployment of the dev branch. It should work just like the normal instance at vplan.kiridevs.live, just with the new features on top.

Sorry for the request volume from pre-fetching (even after coming back from SettingsScreen), @ChuangSheep - maybe we'll find a way to avoid some requests soon. Maybe not. Who knows?

This PR supersedes #46 and #66.

Lol if you set the language to German the quantifiers in the period headers still say "X entries" instead of "X Einträge" 11C061C9-163E-4D29-9C1B-86FCDAEA0517
