fix: Update localstorage ignoreSubjects on autoOff #87

Until now, when filtering was turned off, ignoreSubjects was turned of in state, but not in localStorage. This led to unexpected behaviour for mobileUI badges (displaying all substitutions as full-relevant / blue).
