Cleaning up the shader for the 'forest portals' #139

Cleaning up the shader for the 'forest portals', which is responsible for fading out the textures drawn around forests as the hero approaches. Fixed an issue with diffusing from certain angles, and changed the fade distance to make the effect less obtrusive.

No I'm happy with this now and don't think I'll be changing it again.
