How to configure this in Windows phone 8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I am able to play this file on emulator
2.When i put in information into the emulator , it shows connecting forever .

3.I don't know if i am putting information in wrong place .

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should get connected and i should be able to call.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
