What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?

On the http://Code.Google.com/P/Elmah/ home page, change from this...

"without any need for re-compilation or re-deployment"

...to something like this...

"without any need for re-compilation or re-deployment (unless the 
web.config is encrypted)"

...just to be a bit more accurate.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?

As above, it would be more accurate, helpful, correct, complete, etc.

Not to be a naysayer, but that seems like an excessive qualification 
considering that a larger majority of applications don't use an encrypted 
Web.config. That's like saying, "The car goes 0-60 in 3.7 seconds (unless it 
has a flat tire)".
