There should be a way to specify per-project starting directories for picking art/mappings/DPLC/palettes. As is, if you start Flex from explorer, the dialog boxes always default to Flex' directory, making using them painful.

I would also like if we had the option to make the different types of files (art, mappings, DPLCs, palettes) have their own default (per-project) folders so we don't have to jump around so much.

it might also be good to force the file tab to use the previously used folder instead of what its doing now

but I think the way this behaves depends on operating system
