quicktap all pieces option #29

adding all pieces to quicktap, intended pr.

the pieces that spawn when this is enabled seem to be based on seed mode?

currently the mode items are in unrelated places. the convention for the mode screen is that each line contains its own config, so this would have to be fixed - allowing more config options for each single mode is something I'd like to add in future

Yeah, consessions would have to be made. I was wondering how you'd respond to this pr. It does what I need it to do for now, but I intend to keep on modding this silly and addictive game for the same way I have for the past 8 years, so it'll be a continuing process. Feel free to close this pr.
