Open for discussion: Let the user ask, if he likes to use markdown for the slides.

Comments from some guys I talked to at JS Unconf:

Write markdown and let the headlines start new slides. I don't want to fiddle around with the markup.

Allow includes to separate large presentations into smaller parts
