Networking doesn't work #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a server
2. Attempt to connect a client to that server
3. Watch fire rain down upon your village

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- You should be able to connect to a server.

The Networking code is currently broken.  We're working hard to figure out the 
last of the issues.
