Description

The header and home view are all laid out using CSS and additional JSX elements as needed.

Changes

Changed SearchView directories, files, and components to SpriteView.
Added PokemonContainer component
Added CSS to homeview components
Utilized mock-sprite URLs to render pokemon on home view for styling purposes
