Sprite assets

Create an asset folder containing Pokemon sprites to use for wireframing/styling

• [x] Create 2 <pokemon>-sprites directories containing all the sprites for two individual pokemon (must match a front-facing sprite)

I ended up creating an assets directory in src and touched mock-sprites.js. I created an array of 20 sprite URLs and three objects of the three gen 1 pokemon starters with their sprite data.
