Description

Change the Pokemon components rendering of the Pokemon name to be all capitalized and the number to fit the "0000" formate (e.g. 0001, 0002, 1008, etc.)

Checklist

[x] Capitalize every Pokemon's name on the home page
[x] Change the number format to 0000
