Lock screen delay #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set any delay in Settings > Lock screen > Screen Security > Automatically 
lock
2. Press power button
3. Press power button again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: no lock screen showed till set delay ends.
Occurred: shows lock screen even lock and unlock immediately

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Beta 16. DHD. Full wiped.

Content:
1. Homescreen
2. Softkey Menu > Settings > Lock screen > Screen Security > Automatically lock
3. Change from 5 to 10 minutes
4. Softkey Home
5. Power button to turn off screen
6. Power button to turn on screen
7. Enter unlock pattern

It's my first logcat. Apologize any mistake ;)

Oh, wait. Now thinking and re-reading the option I think this function is only 
to auto lock after X time after screen is auto off by idle, not pressing power 
key.

It woud be great add an option to delay lock screen request after manually 
turned off screen. I really love this function.
