How to remove a document? #137

The UI does not include an option to remove a document.

Other than using a file manager app., how is this supposed to be done?

cf.  Most other SWORD & JSword front-ends have such an option.

Background:
There may be several valid reasons why a user may wish to remove a module.
One important one may be if and when CrossWire or Xiphos decides to withdraw a 
module, which happens to be one that had already been previously installed by 
some And Bible users.

Long-press the document in the documents selector and a context menu will 
appear containing Delete among other things.
