Add option for Bookmarks: Delete All #153

This is a suggested improvement.

As a regular user of And Bible, I bookmark most chapters while I'm reading them 
consecutively. Over a period of time, if I forget to delete them individually, 
quite a number of bookmarks can accumulate.

It would be nice to have a single user action whereby to delete all my 
bookmarks.
