Please show the divine name in small caps #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The OSIS document allows one to mark the devine name. You can use the attached 
gerlut1912 bible as test case. For example:

Und Gott der <divineName>Herr</divineName>

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect that the divine name is shown differently to be able to differentiate 
it from the normal usage of the word "Herr". The divine name is often printed 
in small caps. Xiphos does this for example. Instead And Bible prints it as 
normal text.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using And Bible 1.9.0 on CyanogenMod 10.1-CM-Andromadus-SAGA-22 (Android 
4.2.2).
