Document switcher needs menu link to downloader

From the Documents screen, it is really confusing how you load new documents. 
You have to go back to a bible reading view, use the context menu under "other" 
and choose the downloader, which then looks remarkably similar to the documents 
page, but you can't get from one to the other.

Proposed solutions:

* Easy: Add context menu item to Documents view to go to the downloader and 
vise versa for easy navigation between them.

* Harder: Make them one in the same view with and use a different ui concept 
such as check boxes to show which documents are available or a filtered view 
for viewing available or viewing downloaded.

I agree there is an issue but I am not sure a context menu item is the correct 
approach.  Context menus normally apply to the item you press on not the whole 
screen.

I have a half-plan to completely re-organise all menus which might help as they 
have just grown longer and longer for 1.4 years.

Hm, actually "context menu" was the wrong terminology here, what I had in my 
head was actually what Android calls "application menu". I'll check out the 
thoughts, but a re-organization of the documents section and everything 
involved is probably in order eventually, it could be a lot simpler.
