<table> should have top and bottom margin #43

<table> elements should have a top and bottom margin defined to keep them
separated from other elements.

Tables now have a bottom margin, as one would expect. :) 

I don't think we should have a top margin, as this would differ from the rest 
of the framework, where the rule of 
thumb is that all elements that should have margins, have bottom margins only.
