The rules for p.last and "p img.top" aren't necessary. Instead of p.last,
one can use the generic .bottom class, and the "p img.top" rule simply
duplicates rules found in the generic .top class.

So, to remove the "p img.top" rule, and if API isn't important, also remove
the p.last rule.

This has already been done in the SVN. I've added generic .last and .first as 
well, as I've found .top and .bottom 
to be quite useful.
