example files conditional comment does not take IE8 into account #91

the example file should probably be more like if ie lt 8 or the like

IE8 beta is out and it *seems* to render pretty well, no need for hacks

It's *way* more complex than that. IE 8 has two rendering modes, and it still 
isn't
certain how these modes will work, or how they will be differentiated with
conditional comments. So until that's decided, I vote for change nothing and 
wait.
