Description

Since I will be using intellij for Java and VScode for TypeScript, it will be a good idea to have the two share a keyboard shortcut. Understanding the different shortcuts before deciding the way to adapt

Acceptable Criteria

using the same shortcut for both IDE
retain the widely used shortcuts.
