Fix some small errors mostly with dGH calculations #27

Maths used.

Ca * 2.5 / 17.848046 Mg * 4.12 / 17.848046

So for MgSO4.7H2O:

Mg: 0.098611 * 4.12 = 0.40627732 / 17.848046 = 0.02276312600270079985226393970522

17.848046 being the conversion factor from ppm to german degrees.

Updated the mass percent of the edited chemicals based on data from: http://www.webqc.org/mmcalc.php
