Is it possible for a Portfolio-Piece to redirect to a separate URL #63

Hello & thanks for this beautiful theme.

I only have the question if it is possible - via Hugo - to make one portfolio always link/redirect directly to another URL (and not to the contents of the portfoiio.md).
