Icon for OI Countdown: Alert icon for status bar

OI Countdown

Type:
status bar icon

Description of icon:
Similar to issue 411, but this version should emphasize the alert in some way.

The icon design (icon sizes, themes) should follow the Android icon design
guidelines:

What is the link to your GCI task? Please link to here on your GCI task page.
Note that this icon should be very similar to or based on the icon from issue 
411 (which apparently does not exist yet).
