Sound (voice) is transferred before a call is answered

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Call a sipdroid client from another sipdroid client, but do not answer the 
call
2. Talk in to the mic from the calling sipdroid
3. Listen to the callers voice in the receiving sipdroid client.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should not be possible to listen to the other party before answering the 
call.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Sipdroid 1.3.12 -- 1.4.7, Cyanogen 5.0.5 (Nexus One)

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
Freeswitch and OpenSER (same results)

Which type of network are you using?
3G, Wifi (same results)

Please provide any additional information below.
