Genotype quality graph always 0 #165

Hello,

I've been using version 0.8, and I noticed that the 'Genotype quality' graph shown in the visual html report always shows one large bar at a GQ score of 0, which does not correspond to the GQ scores in the vcf file.

Thanks for developing this tool.

Thank you for pointing this out! This is a bug and somehow it went unnoticed. I will make sure to fix it in the next release.
