What changed

Set the default model to "gpt-3.5-turbo"
Added the "Organisation" attribute to the openAI client's config
Optimised the prompt
Added User C4 macro support
Added explicit setting of the max_tokens openAI request's attribute.
Added the legend to be ON by default

Why do we need it

To prevent service disruption
To reduce costs
Consistency with the demo and LP example

Closes #56, #58
