Getting "Container Overrides length must be at most 8192" for aegea-build-for-mission #39

Similar to the situation when scripts started to get too long, I'm getting this error for building an image. It's a bit confusing as the config.yml file is rather small (smaller than the one for sra_download for instance).

Hm, this may have been only happening in an older version, I will have to investigate...

Yeah, for whatever reason this doesn't seem to happen in version 2.2.2 so crisis averted.
