ETex support based on https://github.com/NickHu/web2js/commit/e9f1ccc40b7a2e68ce65d148de23c214380ba320 and answers on https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/499669/how-to-make-an-e-tex-webassembly-with-jim-fowlers-web-tex-pascal-to-wasm-compil/500402#500402
Also added a dockerfile that does all the steps to build the file for tex and etex.
