permissions bug #276

Hi dylan!!, I found a bug about file and folder permissions in kiss, when you create a user that has the digit zero 0 in a username, the characters that follow are omitted, for example the user ricardogj08 is define as ricardogj and cause confictor with the package manager itself or the chown command, but serve my report, reetings!!.
