eiwd: enable build with clang #367

Shall we wait until eiwd 1.20 is released before adding this? In fact, could this live in the eiwd tree itself? Looks as though eiwd has not been updated in a week or so(?). Need to ask Illiliti if they will continue to maintain eiwd or not I suppose.
