Installation goes fine up 'till the point where I need to install LILO. lvm2 build fails and generates an empty log file, then the process terminates.
I've read elsewhere that bash and libaio are required, I've tried them both and yet I come up empty handed with a failed build. I've ran through the chroot install process multiple times to ensure that I've gotten every step correct before posting here, but I am unable to progress beyond this point every time.
This is only my 3rd rodeo with installing Linux in this manner, so I am very much not advanced and may be missing something completely and totally obvious. Thought it worth it to post here just in case.
