Bitcode Compatibility #16

Added Bitcode compatibility, from iOS 6.0 and up Added iPhone 6s and 6s Plus to the device list Cocoapods are now built from source code instead of the .framework binary.

Apologies for the lack of response on this PR. Our previous iOS SDK maintainer is no longer with KM.

This PR appears to have build files included in it – can you remove those easily? I can take a stab at it if not.
