Report file generation. #7

A very simple html file that contains everything that was logged. Filename should be report-(dateWithTimeHere).html

Be careful not to index this file when you execute your program the next time. Or, you could also produce a text table at the end to make a summary. For this task you can use the texttable module (http://foutaise.org/code/texttable/) for instance.
