Feature request: Add click on Decoration icon #98

It would be cool, if the click functionality of the Code Lens text (It's time to do something...), on the Decoration icon. This functionality would be useful for those like me that only use de Decoration icon to see the code complexity.

Unfortunately there is no API for this.
