xtemplate已升级 #711

bower install 的时候找不到 xtemplate 3.x版本。

bower install 报错如下：

bower xtemplate#3.x                       ENORESTARGET No tag found that was able to satisfy 3.x

Additional error details:
No versions found in git://github.com/kissyteam/xtemplate.git

试试这个看下 bower install -o
