cell scan #23

can i use gr-lte to search for all surrounding cells and decode MIB and SIB1 so we return (cell id , mnc ,mcc rx power ) ?

Not sure you can. This is a UE(receiver) implementation. For your specific purpose you might wanna use LTE Cell Scanner (link below)
