When creating a new term users are prompted to give a "Subject". The input fields placeholder value ("scene/010100") might lead users to think, that they can influence the hierarchy by giving a path. Eg. one might think inputing "tree/branch" would create "branch" as a narrower concept of "tree". If a user enters a "/" in the input field an error will be thrown anyways, so inluding a "/" in the placeholder value is misleading.
