Deleting a vocabulary does not delete the name from Skosmos-dev #61

Reproduction:

Create vocabulary
Delete vocabulary

Result

The vocabulary is visible in Skosmos-dev in the list of vocabularies, but clicking on it generates an HTTP error (vocabulary is deleted).

Expectation

Since the vocabulary is deleted anyway, the name should also disappear from Skosmos-dev.

Workaround

Delete the entries of vocabulary in config.ttl in skosmos-dev. Probably this is exactly what Evoks should do to fix this issue?
