This PR continues the rewrite from #66, but now on a feature branch within the repository to access secrets within the CI.

@CDaut @Feuermagier @Luro02 I've deployed this Branch as SNAPSHOT to https://s01.oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/edu/kit/kastel/sdq/artemis4j/ . Now you can test, whether everthing works in intelligrade 🥳
