Propose Formatter & LICENSE #34

Artemis4j uses the Palantir formatter. I configured it here as well. I'd also like to add a license to this project.

Is EPL as License & Palantir as Formatter fine for all? EPL would definitely not conflict with EPL of Artemis4j. Nevertheless, If you have other suggestions, feel free to add them :)
