Feature suggestion: PowerBI corpus and text reuse stats: Add "Book Author (both books)" search field #21

Relevant app (delete as appropriate): PowerBI corpus and text reuse stats

Brief desription of new feature Add "Book Author (both books)" search field, so that if you search for an author, it will match all records where this author wrote either book one or book three. Currently we have those "both books" fields only for title and book ID. Perhaps even the single-book search fields are not necessary?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's frustrating to have to do the same search twice because the author may be either of Book One or Book Two.

Thanks Peter, this is a really good point. I think an additional issue that we will have when bringing the app out for public use is explaining the issue of directionality. I think the easier solution may be to remove b1 and b2 filters and filter on both for everything (if that is technically possible). That way users will not have to explain that our alignments only go in one direction.

Hi Mathew, I agree that's the way to go. I imagine that's not too difficult to achieve, because Sohail already implemented it for dates and book titles.
